FICA RMCP: THE WHAT & HOW
Recently several FSP`s and other Accountable Institutions [AI`s] i.e. Legal Practitioners received Administrative Sanctions from the FSCA / FIC. Some of the FSP`s / AI`s had a RMCP in place [the WHAT]. However, many failed to incorporate the RMCP sufficiently into their Operational processes and procedures [the HOW]; aligned with the nature, scale, range and complexity of their business.
As we all know the Regulators issue requirements on WHAT FSP`s and AI`s need to comply with, but guidelines on HOW to do it is normally limited. Hereunder a list of the “Golden Bullets” of the RMCP WHAT & HOW
